Jim Davis

Jim was raised in Yakima and graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1966. He graduated from the Central Washington University in 1970 with a B.A. in Political Science, and graduated from University of Idaho School of Law in 1973. Jim is married and has two grown children.

Jim is a member of the Washington State Trial
Lawyers Association. Mr. Davis is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Washington, the Eastern and Western Districts of the Federal District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

His practice is diverse, with experience in civil litigation; he emphasizes the areas of Water Law, Labor & Employment Law, Administrative Law and General Civil Litigation. He currently represents a broad range of small to mid-size local businesses, irrigation districts and companies as well as numerous individuals.
